Artist's Comment

I called this piece ‘The Sunk-Cost Fallacy’, and a lot of people were confused by the name. The reason is actually quite simple: I hate this piece, and was pretty unhappy with it long before its completion. I only finished and posted it because I’d invested so much into it.

In an ironic twist, it’s my best-received piece to date…
